Ashland Area Community Concert Band Fall 2026 Participation Fee
The Ashland Area Community Concert Band brings musicians from across Ashland and the Ashland University campus together for a semester of great repertoire, good company, and the joy of playing in a full concert band. Directed by Professor Slade Presley Denman, Director of Bands at Ashland University, the ensemble welcomes community members with concert band experience, AU students, and talented high school musicians looking for a musical challenge beyond their school ensemble. No audition is required. The band rehearses Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9:00 PM in Room 115 of the Center for the Arts, 331 College Ave., and performs a concert each semester. Adults: $25*
High School Students: $15*
AU & CCP Students: No fee when enrolled in MUSIC 051
